Pindu Lige – Return & Refund Policy

At Pindu Lige, we take pride in delivering premium timepieces crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Free from wear, scratches, or damage

  • In its original packaging, including any protective films, accessories, and documentation

Returns that show signs of wear or damage may be refused or subject to a partial refund.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable

  • Refund times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective items

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items received

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order may already be in processing and cannot be cancelled.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos of the defect

We will replace the item at no additional cost.


6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

  • Mystery products or promotional bundles


7. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was sent

  • A manufacturing defect is proven
